Shipping and Handling Policy
We ship worldwide. Merchandise will usually be sent within 24-48 hours of payment and will take 1-3 business days for standard delivery anywhere within the United States. Standard International shipping will take 7-15 business days. Please note that MARSIA is not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses, lost/stolen packages or for any potential delays after item(s) has been sent as it is provided by the carrier and may vary with package origin and destination.
If signature confirmation is needed for your package, please select the shipping option that contains "With Signature". This will require you to sign for your package. (U.S. Only)
For express delivery (1-2 business days - $49.95). Please note your order has to be placed before 8 AM PST for the order to go out the same day. If the order is made after it will ship the following business day. (U.S. Only)
We will gladly accept your return for a refund, store credit or exchange if the following requirements below are met.
Returned items must meet these requirements:
- Returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- In original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains, tags still on and free of odor.
- Damaged items, incorrect items, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise. Any reports after that will only be issued store credit.
Non-returnable items include (refunds/exchanges/store credit not accepted): Formal gowns, sale or promotional items, accessories, and undergarments including lingerie, swimwear and bodysuits.
If any of the above mentioned items are returned, no refund or exchange will be processed. The customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges that go into recovering the merchandise.
Return Processing time: Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 1-3 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. If you have requested a refund, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable (even items that were shipped for free).
Store credit: All credits will be issued by coupon code. Online store credit can only be used at our website. We are unable to transfer this to another person or account. Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit or gift card will require an additional method of payment for remaining balance due.
Gift cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and never expire.
